Our esteemed client in St Peter Port, Guernsey is looking for a driven professional with trust and legal experience to join them as a New Business Assistant Manager.
In this role, the successful Candidate will be responsible for leading the efficient delivery of new business processes, overseeing support teams to ensure timeliness and commercial awareness. Additionally, they will provide vital technical training and support to colleagues, actively participate in client management during their initial transition phase post-onboarding, and diligently review standard documentation related to New Business activities.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Trust & Company experience, excellent communication skills, a problem-solving aptitude, and strong interpersonal abilities. Preferred qualifications include ICSA, STEP, or legal accreditation.
