Network Support Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Network Support Manager to oversee the maintenance and development of a critical infrastructure network in Guernsey. This key role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of network fixed assets, including meters, mains, and services, while managing capital projects and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide independent oversight of safe control of operations across the network and operational sites.
🔹 Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
🔹 Oversee network integrity, capacity assurance, and asset performance.
🔹 Maintain accurate network records and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
🔹 Support asset management decisions with expert analysis and risk modelling.
🔹 Drive improvements in data management and asset information systems.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in network or asset management, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
✅ Strong understanding of Safe Control of Operations (SCO) and asset integrity management.
✅ Skilled in GIS systems (Esri ArcGIS) and network analysis.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
