We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Network Services Engineer to become an integral part of an elite technical team. If you’re passionate about operational delivery, customer satisfaction and advanced network solutions within the telecommunications sector, this opportunity is tailored for you.
The role involves:
– Incident & Problem Management: Identify and resolve faults on devices covered by managed services or support contracts.
– Request Fulfilment: Execute client requests according to change management processes while ensuring accurate billing practices.
– Operations & Maintenance: Contribute towards service reliability metrics such as SLAs, mean time to repair, alarm recovery etc., along with building maintenance routines for networking systems.

This position calls upon someone who can act decisively under pressure when resolving critical incidents alongside providing mentorship where necessary due diligence has been given towards process improvement initiatives across all areas from datacentre upkeep right up until project participation phases involving design implementation stages too!
