A leading firm is looking for a Mortgage Executive or Trainee who will manage and ensure the timely, accurate completion of mortgage loans.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of mortgage transactions, from advances and renewals to repayments, while working closely with internal teams and external professionals to deliver high service standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence, reviewing mortgage documentation, liaising with solicitors and valuers, and managing loan completion and recovery processes.
We’re looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. While experience in lending is a plus, we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a desire to learn.
