An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Mortgage Executive to join a dynamic team specialising in a mortgage fund. This role involves managing various mortgage transactions, including advances, renewals, and repayments, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.
You will be responsible for conducting due diligence on borrowers and properties, reviewing documentation, and preparing submissions for credit approval. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external professionals, such as solicitors and valuers, coordinating loan completions, and supporting recovery processes as necessary. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management is essential.
The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience in residential mortgage-backed lending is desirable; however, candidates with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
