We have a fantastic opportunity for a MLRO / MLCO to join a well established local Trust Firm.
The Prescribed Roles include maintaining legal and ethical integrity whilst ensuring that the Company complies with the relevant Fiduciary and Pension regulations and other applicable laws, rules and regulations within the financial services industry.
The suitable candidate must be able to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and to analyse all compliance, Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“AML/CFT”), risk and governance requirements, whilst designing appropriate solutions.
