We have a fantastic new opportunity for a MLRO / MLCO to join a leading international bank.
The role holder will promote consistent compliance, at every level, with the Group and divisional policies and procedures. The role holder will be an inspirational leader of the Guernsey Compliance Advisory team and ensure outstanding business stakeholder engagement. The role holder will ensure effective management of issues in line with second line responsibilities and those set out in the local regulations and support the business ambition of sustainable growth. The role holder will act as the registered compliance officer in line with the regulatory obligations of that role as specified in the relevant regulations. They will provide world class compliance advice to the business which operates in Guernsey. The business activity covers banking and investment business.
