Manager – Real Estate

Looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the dynamic property sector? Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced professional to take the reins as Manager – Real Estate.

In this role, the Successful Candidate will provide expert advice and guidance, manage complex joint ventures, and demonstrate technical proficiency by mentoring team members. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for all managed entities, as well as fostering robust relationships with key clients and intermediaries, and continuously delivering on service excellence standards.

Key responsibilities for this role include advising on internal processes, preparing statutory returns, managing client relationships, leading and developing your team, and proactive business administration.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the ideal Candidate will need to hold an ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualification or have equivalent level knowledge. They will also need to have mastery over local legislation relevant to corporate governance, as well as experience across diverse fiduciary products globally offered by the firm. In addition to strong technical expertise, the Candidate will also need to be skilled at nurturing talent among junior staff through effective people management techniques.
