We are delighted to present a unique opportunity for an experienced individual seeking a fulfilling and dynamic role as the Manager of Private Clients within the Fund sector.

Responsibilities:

    • Taking management responsibility for administration across various entities such as trusts and companies.
    • Fostering new business from initial enquiry through to committee approval stages.
    • Navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance throughout team operations.
    • Risk assessment and monitoring with proactive escalation when necessary.

 

Professional Qualifications and Minimum Relevant Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years trust and company administration/relevant experience;
    Should hold a “Table B” qualification (or sufficient equivalent relevant experience);
  • A comprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of Company, Trust and Foundation Administration and relevant laws in addition to the potential tax implications of various structures; and
  • Have proven supervisory/management experience
