We are seeking an Operational Risk & Control Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. This role is for a leading Financial Services firm in St Helier, Jersey.
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining procedures, identifying and managing risks, and overseeing control plans to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with control frameworks, conducting incident analysis, and providing insightful reporting to leadership teams. They will also oversee process improvements and drive action plans where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational risk and control experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a keen eye for detail. They should be an effective communicator, a strong leader, and a proactive problem solver with a commitment to high ethical standards. Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
