We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead a team within the Funds & Corporate Services division in Jersey. This is a key role overseeing a portfolio of corporate and fund clients across various asset classes, including real estate, while contributing to the growth and development of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of administrators, ensuring high standards of client service, reviewing transactions and documentation, managing billing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries. They will also play a vital role in team development, identifying training needs, setting performance targets, and conducting regular appraisals.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification and have at least five years’ experience, including people management. Strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.
