• Strategic Policy Development – Support the MLCO in creating and embedding AML/CFT and CPF policies to enhance regulatory adherence.
• Regulatory Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, including the JFSC and GFSC, representing the firm’s interests with confidence.
• Technology Adoption – Champion the use of technology to drive efficiencies and elevate compliance standards.
