We are looking for a dedicated Manager or Assistant Manager to join a growing team. In this client-facing role, the successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Manager to advance the strategic goals, manage a portfolio of clients, oversee team deliverables and uphold high standards of quality and compliance of a leading financial services firm.
As Manager, the successful candidate will lead workflow management, review team output, attend client board meetings, and provide governance support. They will also support business development activities and contribute to internal initiatives, including the development of policies, templates, and procedures. This role requires a collaborative and client-focused individual who can confidently engage with stakeholders, support junior team members, and maintain trusted client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years’ experience in the finance industry, with two or more years in a managerial role. A relevant professional qualification such as TEP, ICSA, or MSc is essential. Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, onboarding processes, and corporate governance is required, alongside excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
