As part of our client’s team, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic decisions, ensuring robust financial control and contributing to the ongoing growth of their real estate portfolio in Jersey.
Real Estate sector exposure – Understanding the financial drivers and performance metrics specific to property investments, developments and asset management.
Management accounting – Experience in producing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting to support informed decision-making.
Financial analysis – Strong analytical capability to interpret data, identify trends and provide clear, insightful commentary.
Stakeholder communication – Ability to present financial information clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders within our client’s team.
Attention to detail – A meticulous approach to reconciliations, reporting accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts for our client’s real estate portfolio.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities aligned to property and investment performance.
Provide financial analysis and commentary to help guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure accurate financial data capture.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the finance function.
Experience working in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
Understanding of real estate or asset-based industries.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders in our client’s team.
Proactive mindset, keen to support continuous improvement.
