Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Managed Services Senior Technician to join a leading specialist outsource provider of innovative IT solutions.

 

As a Senior Technician, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking on escalated issues from the diverse range of clients and their systems, providing high level support and consultation to the team and client base.
They’ll have at least three years’ experience in a similar role and, whilst not essential, an MCSA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
The post holder will work with the Service Delivery Management team to help the team deliver the best results possible and help them grow along the way. The role is continually evolving due to the fast-paced nature of this industry and therefore the candidate will need to thrive in this type of setting.
