We are looking for a skilled and reliable LPG Lead Plant Technician to support operations at the LPG Terminal. In this key role, they will provide first-line technical support, assist your colleagues, and step in for the LPG Terminal Production Manager when needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational tasks, ensuring site safety, supporting the operations team, and supervising LPG ship discharge. They will also handle emergency call-outs, issue work permits, and maintain accurate records. The role includes managing day-to-day activities and helping to ensure uninterrupted gas supply through safe and efficient operations.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will need at least 5 years’ experience in the gas or similar industry, a strong understanding of mechanical plant systems, and IOSH Managing Safely certification. They should have proven leadership skills, be safety-focused, and be confident working under pressure. This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach and a commitment to high standards of safety, teamwork, and performance.
