We are looking for a driven and talented lawyer to join a market-leading Litigation team for a leading legal firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice, prepare documentation, and manage litigation matters from instruction to resolution. Responsibilities include reviewing third-party documents, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and managing workloads efficiently. They will also play a key role in organising queries, identifying solutions, and supporting senior team members to ensure effective case management.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of PQE, with trainee experience in commercial litigation, financial services & regulatory matters, insolvency, and restructuring. They should possess strong technical knowledge of common law practice, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a commitment to continuous professional development, and strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
