We have an opportunity for a Listing & Marketing Regulations Analyst to join a leading exchange based in St Peter Port, Guernsey that offers a wide range of services to its clients.
As a Listing & Marketing Regulations Analyst, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for processing further issues, partial redemptions, and delisting applications. They will also undertake peer review of filing listing application documents, risk assessments, and screening of directors’ data inputting. In addition, will provide support for internal projects such as data cleansing assistance or new system user acceptance testing.
The ideal candidate for this role will have A Levels/Degree qualifications and an analytical mindset. Previous experience in law, finance, business, and anti-money laundering/counter-financing terrorism is advantageous. They will need to be confident, and self-motivated, and showcase strong communication capabilities. In addition, will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
