We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Listing Assistant to join an esteemed legal team in St Helier, Jersey. As a Listing Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting listing documents, managing listing processes, and assisting with ongoing requirements imposed upon listed issuers, as well as handling associated administration tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a Law degree classification (minimum 2:1) and exceptional organisational skills, IT knowledge, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and a professional demeanour with strong interpersonal abilities. They will need to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form across various levels.
