We’re seeking a skilled Lending Specialist to join a leading firm in the banking sector located in St Peter Port.
As a Lending Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing mortgage and loan applications, evaluating client structures, and providing optimal solutions. They will also handle regular review and renewal processes for existing loan facilities, and present cases confidently at the bank’s credit committee meetings.
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, banking, lending sectors or equivalent roles. They should possess CEMAP Qualification, or a willingness to undertake such certifications. Excellent administration and communication skills are essential, and a cooperative attitude is highly valued.
