A leading bank is seeking a Lending Mortgage Specialist to join the busy front office team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a progressive and client-focused environment.
The successful candidate will manage mortgage and loan applications, meet clients, and deliver excellent service. They will act as a credit advisor, review facilities, present cases to the credit committee, and develop tailored lending solutions. The role involves collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with risk strategy, contribute to lending targets, and recommend process improvements.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in finance, banking, or lending, who is organised, accurate, and keen to further develop their expertise, ideally by working towards a qualification such as CeMAP. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are a must.
