We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join the team, providing vital support to lawyers in a fast-paced environment.

 

This role involves delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative services, often under pressure and to tight deadlines. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence and document preparation, answering calls professionally, coordinating meetings and travel, handling billing processes, and maintaining client files. The successful candidate will also assist with diary management, file opening and archiving, and support the wider team during absences.

This role requires strong communication skills, a high level of discretion, the ability to manage a busy workload, and a genuine interest in developing IT skills. Previous secretarial experience, especially in a legal or professional services environment, is desirable.
