We are seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to join a leading legal firm situated in St Helier, Jersey.
In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers and legal professionals and develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. They will be responsible for managing correspondence by receiving emails and letters, organising diaries including making appointments, preparing court forms or statements, and attending court when required.
To be successful in this integral position, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional organisational abilities that allow them to prioritise tasks effectively and manage their time efficiently. Meticulous attention to detail will ensure accuracy across all documentation, and a proactive approach will allow the candidate to anticipate the needs of clients and provide outstanding service.
