We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join a leading legal Firm. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing probate applications, attending court, and managing the administration of estates, including preparing estate accounts, tax returns, and liaising with estate agents and third parties. The successful candidate will also conduct legal research, maintain strong professional relationships with court staff and other professionals, and ensure high standards of client care.
The ideal candidate will be professional and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Confidence in handling client interactions and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential. Experience within a law firm and familiarity with legal IT systems would be advantageous.
