A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly professional and client-focused Legal Assistant to join their team. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of business and personal matters on their behalf.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, overseeing correspondence, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements. Key responsibilities include organising events, maintaining filing systems, supporting legal decision-making, and handling document management. The role also involves scheduling meetings, taking minutes, preparing presentations, and assisting with accounts and billing.

The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial or personal assistant experience and be familiar with legal documentation and terminology. A minimum GCSE-level education (or equivalent) is required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications and strong typing skills. Confidentiality, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and strong organisational abilities are essential qualities for success in this position.
