Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Officer working for a leading commercial group based in Guernsey.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the effective delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy
  • Review the progress of new colleagues through the induction programme and support the on-going training for managers enabling them to provide induction training to colleagues
  • Identify training and development needs within the organisation through regular consultations with business partners, stake holders and the Human Resources and Benefits Management Team
  • Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and individuals
  • Produce training material for in-house courses
  • Work with stakeholders, business partners and HRBM to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organisation, such as, trading teams, marketing, finance, IT, Care and Funeral
