The Facilities team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, delivering a high level of service to the clients, and maintaining a safe, well-equipped working environment for colleagues.

 

As a Junior Facilities Administrator, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for client and visitor enquiries, managing the company’s switchboard across the three jurisdictions and supporting front-of-house operations. They will help prepare meeting rooms, ensure office supplies and kitchen stock are maintained, and support the coordination of incoming and outgoing mail. They will also provide cover for the Facilities Administrator role as needed.

We’re seeking a candidate with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask accurately. Key qualities include effective communication, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. The role involves supporting information security and data protection by completing necessary training and adhering to policies.
