Junior Compliance Analyst

Our client, a reputable company in the financial sector located in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is currently seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst to join their team.

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Monitoring Programme by assisting in the maintenance of records, updating registers, and preparing reports. Additionally, they will provide training to staff on compliance matters, ensuring that all employees are aware of the relevant regulations and requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid understanding of financial crime and regulatory risk management, as well as a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. They will need to have excellent time-management and prioritization skills, as well as strong communication skills to effectively liaise with other members of the team.

While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, candidates with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply!
