A prestigious fund sector client in the Channel Islands is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their team. In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for preparing management accounts and investor NAV statements. They will also contribute to audited and unaudited financial statement preparation and support audit processes. Additionally, will manage bank reconciliations, intercompany loan reconciliations, and cashflow schedules.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as part-qualified accountants. They will also have a solid understanding of Guernsey Companies Law (2008) and Limited Partnership Laws. Proficiency in IFRS and UK GAAP is required, as well as high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
