We’re looking for an experienced IT Systems Manager to take ownership of a group’s technology landscape.
This is a hands-on, strategic role with responsibility for ensuring the systems effectively support day-to-day business operations, while also leading improvements and future-focused upgrades. The successful candidate will lead the procurement and implementation of new systems, including CRM platforms, manage vendor relationships, and act as the internal go-to for system-related queries. They will also serve as system administrator for key platforms, ensuring they’re maintained, secure, and optimally configured.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical capability, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and the confidence to work across jurisdictions. Experience in financial services is highly desirable, particularly with trust systems (Quantius, Viewpoint, or NavOne), accounting platforms (such as Business Central), and CRM systems.
