IT Support Administrator wanted in St Helier Jersey. This company is seeking an individual with a passion for providing exceptional IT support to join their team in the fund sector.
As the IT Support Administrator, the candidate will be the initial point of contact for any customer-facing IT concerns or requests. The successful candidate will also be required to manage customer queries through accurate logging and tracking using company-provided service desk applications and conduct basic troubleshooting steps based on documented guidance notes and personal expertise.
In this role, the key attributes will include technical proficiency, customer service orientation, and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior work experience in IT administration/support roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
