We’re looking for a Network Technician to join a local Telecoms company. The successful candidate will be part of a passionate and supportive team that values reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning.
In this diverse and hands-on position, candidates will operate and manage a range of systems, ensuring networks are reliable, secure, and meet customer expectations. They work closely with internal teams, including Product and Service Management, supporting the delivery of IP/SIP/MPLS services and playing a part in future enhancements and technology rollouts. The role will also involve contributing to the creation of operational and maintenance procedures to uphold performance standards.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of networking, including IP addressing and subnetting, and a desire to grow their technical expertise-particularly within Cisco or Juniper environments. Strong problem-solving skills, a methodical approach, and excellent communication are key.
