We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support to a leading Financial Services Provider. This is a great opportunity to develop IT skills while diagnosing, and resolving a wide range of technical issues – from simple to more complex problems.
In this role at the Guernsey office, the successful candidate will manage the Helpdesk, support end users, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and escalate advanced problems. You’ll handle calls and emails, assist with hardware and software, perform Active Directory tasks, and arrange external support when needed.
