We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Actuarial Manager to join a leading firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure the quality and timeliness of insurance consultancy services across a diverse client base, including life insurance, reinsurance, general insurance, and captive projects. They will be responsible for reviewing and checking work within the Insurance Actuarial department, contributing to product development and process improvement, and maintaining actuarial models.
The ideal candidate must be a Fellow of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries with 2-3 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. We are looking for a professional who can work independently, prioritise tasks under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with both clients and team members. Strong people management skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to contribute to business development are essential.
