A company in the Channel Islands is seeking an Insurance Broker. They will play a vital role in helping clients find the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. By working closely with underwriters and insurers, they will secure the right policies and deliver excellent customer service.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include managing personal and commercial insurance policies, negotiating terms, and continuously expanding their product knowledge to provide expert advice. In this role, they will assess risks, maintain client portfolios, and support less experienced colleagues. Building strong relationships with clients and industry partners will be key to success.
We are looking for someone with an entry-level CII qualification or a willingness to train towards it, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working in busy, customer-focused environments. Previous sales experience and a results-driven mindset are desirable but not essential.
