Infrastructure Analyst

We have a new opportunity for two Infrastructure Analysts to join a local regulatory body.

The ICT team provides technical expertise to the organisation by creating and maintaining an enabling work environment that allows employees to do their jobs efficiently and without interruption, using the most up-to-date and secure software available. Your competencies for this role will help you deliver the following results:

• Comanaging the entire infrastructure to ensure that it is as efficient, modern, secure and robust as possible leading to excellent service delivery to our industry customers.
• Efficiently managed digital touchpoints across the organisation as you will be involved with BAU work arising from escalations within the support team or from project based work.
• Deliver new functionality and maintaining existing on-prem/cloud systems by utilising Azure, Office 365 and VMware for virtualisation.
