Our financial services Client in Guernsey is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to join their team. As an IS Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and quick problem-solving capabilities to support the IT infrastructure.
We require a candidate with top-tier IT support experience, technical expertise, operational experience, and a passion for customer service excellence. They will be responsible for responding promptly to and resolving technological issues raised by users in multiple jurisdictions. This position requires someone who is highly organised and able to maintain accurate records of technology governance policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and industry certifications. We welcome candidates who have experience working in the financial services sector, as this will be an advantage. Experience in customer service and the ability to speak to and work with clients comfortably will be a positive asset for the successful candidate in this role.
