We are seeking a tech-savvy communicator to join a fast-paced fund services team as an Information Services Support & Training Administrator. This role will allow the candidate to thrive in the challenging and varied role based out of picturesque St Helier.

As an Information Services Support & Training Administrator, the successful candidate will be pivotal in the IT Helpdesk Operations. They will be the go-to person for resolving IT issues deftly, handling helpdesk calls confidently, and supervising external vendors diligently. The candidate will be the key to the proactive monitoring of potential system problems.
