We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fund Administrator/Accountant for a hybrid role for a leading local Firm. The successful candidate will be based in St Helier, Jersey and will have the opportunity to grow within the company.
As Fund Administrator/Accountant, the candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including financial statement preparation, payment instruction accuracy, monthly valuations, expense reconciliation, invoice management, bookkeeping, and investor communication. They will also be required to demonstrate technical skills such as administration, time management, and analytical abilities.
While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not necessary as professional development opportunities will be provided. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and is eager to learn and develop new skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. They must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with meeting tight deadlines.
