A leading banking institution in St Peter Port seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join their team. As an HR Officer, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory services, coordinating interviews, delivering induction training, handling administrative tasks, and cultivating relationships across departments.
To qualify for this role, the ideal Candidate must have up to two years of experience in HR roles, proficiency in HR databases or payroll software, and advanced competencies in Microsoft Office Suite. This Firm values continuous professional development, strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and an aptitude for numeracy and literacy.
In this role, the Candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure that employees have the support they need to perform their duties effectively.
