Job Description

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join a leading offshore law firm in Jersey.


Key duties will include:

  • Management of HR inbox, responding to routine emails, filing, allocating emails to the right team member, monitoring turnaround time on emails
  • Processing invoices
  • Assisting the HR team with projects – organisation and administration
  • Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies to arrange interviews
  • Producing contracts, offer letters, using our document automation system
