HR Manager

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager to join their team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This position is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role within the Fund sector.

As the HR Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of HR across all employee lifecycle stages. This role will require candidates to ensure accurate loading and reconciliation of personnel documentation into a data system. They will also be responsible for supporting annual updates on the Group’s personnel-related documents and reviewing compensation & benefits. Additionally, will be responsible for preparing monthly payroll drafts for executive review by senior management.

Our ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 Diploma or Equivalent, demonstrating advanced knowledge in people management practices relevant to this role’s expectations. They should have proven experience within human resources that showcases their ability to manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication abilities are essential as the candidate will be dealing with diverse teams. With multiple responsibilities at hand, being well-organised will ensure smooth operations daily.
