We are seeking an adept HR Manager (Business Partnering) to join a team based in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This permanent role is perfect for someone who values integrity, professionalism and seeks to make a significant impact through their expertise.

 

As part of your responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality technical HR advice across all stages of the employee life-cycle.
– Engage with key stakeholders effectively translating complex requirements into actionable strategies aligned with the People Strategy.
– Provide mentorship and manage day-to-day operations involving HR Advisors within various operational areas.
