Are you ready to drive success within the banking sector? We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner with expertise in Reward, Data & Controls. This permanent position based in Jersey offers an opportunity for a proactive professional to play a pivotal role at the heart of our client’s operations.

As an integral member of their team:

  • Strategic Design and Implementation: Shape compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and enhance reward programs’ effectiveness.
  • Risk Management Acumen: Oversee controls related to rewards ensuring compliance with regulations.

 

Essential Requirements

· Solid technical understanding of Jersey and Guernsey income tax and social security legislation

· Solid technical understanding of Finance practices (budgeting, cost analysis, …)

· Ability to interrogate and analyse complex data and extrapolate trends

· Advanced Excel skills

 

Desired Requirements

· Experience of Grassroots payroll software

· Knowledge of PeopleSoft

· Good understanding of broad HR practices

· Good understanding of Jersey and Guernsey employment law
