Are you ready to drive success within the banking sector? We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner with expertise in Reward, Data & Controls. This permanent position based in Jersey offers an opportunity for a proactive professional to play a pivotal role at the heart of our client’s operations.
As an integral member of their team:
Essential Requirements
· Solid technical understanding of Jersey and Guernsey income tax and social security legislation
· Solid technical understanding of Finance practices (budgeting, cost analysis, …)
· Ability to interrogate and analyse complex data and extrapolate trends
· Advanced Excel skills
Desired Requirements
· Experience of Grassroots payroll software
· Knowledge of PeopleSoft
· Good understanding of broad HR practices
· Good understanding of Jersey and Guernsey employment law
