We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join a leading local firm across the Channel Islands on a 9-month maternity cover contract. Candidates will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
This role will involve driving key HR initiatives, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement while supporting change management projects. The successful candidate will also advise on compensation and benefits, ensure compliance with employment law, and collaborate with the HR team to implement learning and development programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead HR projects, and a CIPD qualification (or equivalent). They will be a proactive, adaptable HR professional with proven experience in handling employee relations and managing organisational change. A solution-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
