Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in St Helier, Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership coaching, ensuring adherence to relevant HR regulations, leading performance management processes, steering organizational changes, and delivering insightful workforce reporting.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience as an HR Business Partner within global organisations, a Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent expertise in Human Resources, and strong numerical skills. They should also possess an analytical mindset, strong interpersonal abilities, and exemplary ethical standards.
As an HR Business Partner, the candidate will work closely with senior management to create and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives. They will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including managers, employees, and external partners.
