Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for employee relations, coaching managers to resolve issues efficiently and informally where possible.
• Enhance employee engagement by advising leaders on addressing key areas of focus.
• Plan for talent acquisition and development, supporting resource needs through recruitment, internal mobility, and integration processes.
• Guide managers through professional growth initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and salary/bonus planning.
• Collaborate on change initiatives as a stakeholder, tailoring global HR strategies to meet jurisdictional and business area needs.
• Support succession planning and diversity initiatives to build a future-ready organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong relationship-building skills, with a commitment to providing excellent client service.
• Proven track record in HR generalist roles, ideally within a legal or partnership context.
• Skilled in managing employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance management.
• Proficiency with HR systems and experience collaborating within a global HR team.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, paired with a proactive, collaborative, and commercially savvy approach.
