Strong organisational abilities will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient management of employee data.

The Candidate will be responsible for communicating with all levels of staff, from entry-level employees to senior management, so strong communication skills are essential. In this role, attention to detail is crucial. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for monitoring various aspects of employee management accurately, such as employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
