We are seeking an experienced HR professional on a part time basis, to join a leading commercial company in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
As an HR Advisor, the successful candidate will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and support performance management and development processes. Other responsibilities include providing advice and support on HR policies, managing employee relations issues, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and developing and delivering training programs.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong organisational abilities. They will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team of professionals, contributing to the success of this organisation.
