We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor who is passionate about employee development to join a leading corporate services provider in St Helier. As an HR Advisor, the successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the Learning and Development queries of employees.

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enable employees to develop and progress their careers. They will work with managers and staff to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs to address these gaps. Additionally, will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making adjustments where necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR with experience in L&D, talent management, and employee engagement. They should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The candidate should also be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others. A passion for learning & development is ideal, as well as the ability to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to their work.
